At Shot Padel, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a £5 charge applies.

• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for an additional £10 charge.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues:
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at  support@shot-padel.com. We'll assist you in resolving any delivery issues promptly.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Shot Padel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
